3INA, Melbourne Central VIC

The 3ina store in Melbourne Central was the first store to launch in Australia.  3ina is an international cosmetics brand, with stores across the globe.

For the Melbourne Central site, we had the challenge of interpreting a design concept that was developed overseas (in Spanish), and interpreting it to be suitable (and understandable) for Australian shopfitters, trades, and the shopping centre.  We worked with the local head office, sourcing alternate finishes that were available in Australia, that would closely match the original design concept.  All joinery was design & constructed overseas but installed by local shopfitters.  The first store was the most challenging, but we succeeded, and have since designed five more stores that have been installed across the nation.
