South St. Dream brand. Dream client.

We have thoroughly enjoyed working with South St, designing their second store for them in AU – located in Pac Fair, Qld.

South St have a very clearly defined direction for their brand – from their customer, to their product to their fit-out.  And this clear direction is testament to their success - They truly know who their client is, and this is who we have designed their store for.

South St Pac Fair is neutral, textural and bold.  With concrete whitewashed floors, rendered walls, and a white sprayed out ceiling.  The store design allows the product to be the hero.

The design is consistent – inside and out.  With neutral, textural tones on the façade, flowing through to the interior – with striking bold feature elements throughout – from the window frames to the custom product racking and mesh screen.

Logos are back illuminated on a textured render background, and digital screens showcase the latest from South St.

The entire fit-out is custom – including the counter, racking, fitting room mirrors and mesh screen.  We designed not only the store interior and façade but all custom joinery within.  Our favourite elements… The sales counter with a specialised filleted texture.  The black mesh screen, which divides the space, and the floor racks with their solid concrete bases.
